Privacy by operational restraint
Sortwell Meadow X is designed to provide a readable land heritage reference without creating a personal visitor dossier. This charter explains the limited technical behaviors used to keep the portal stable and its environmental display current.
Transient telemetry buffers
Performance display values, including the 60-second environmental index sweep, function entirely in transient browser memory buffers. These display operations refresh the current page interface and do not require a user account, profile, or identifying submission.
When a page is closed or refreshed, transient display memory is ordinarily cleared by the browser environment. The portal does not use those values to identify a reader.
Zero personal inputs, click trails, and tracking layers
Sortwell Meadow X archives zero personal user inputs, logs zero click trails, and processes zero behavioral tracking layers through the portal interface. We do not request names, addresses, telephone numbers, payment details, account credentials, or location histories.
We do not construct marketing audiences, sell visitor data, or use the portal to conduct individual profiling.
Outbound resource routes
Educational resource links may direct you to independent organizations. Those organizations maintain their own systems and privacy notices. Once you leave Sortwellmeadowx.mom, their policies—not this charter—govern any information they may process.
